Ms. Sánchez de la Serna has over 15 years experience within large multinationals in the automotive, pharmaceutical and tourism management industries, holding positions within top management, public relations, quality control and human resources. This experience has provided her with a global vision of business operations in all areas of a company and across the globe. She has managed international teams and quality-oriented process improvement, and has coordinated deployment of corporate policies throughout the organization. For nearly 10 years has been auditing EFQM and Malcolm Baldrige standards. Ms. Sánchez de la Serna holds degrees in Psychology, Management of Tourist Enterprises as well as a Masters in Hotel Management and in Human Resource Management.

Mr. Isasia Infante is an IT professional with extensive experience in the management of information technology in both the private and public sectors. Within the private sector, Mr. Isasia Infante has developed his expertise in large IBEX 35 companies and on to Madrid Health Services and held. He holds a degree from Computer Engineering from ICAI and UPM, specializing in management information systems in health institutions at the European University of Madrid. He is a versatile professional with a great entrepreneurial spirit that has culminated in the creation and management of two successful companies.
